Established in 1970, Belmont Heating was a small family run business. Over the past 5 decades it has seen and under gone many changes.

Back then, Belmont provided homes with central heating and hot water from solid fuel back boiler fires, or kitchen stoves on gravity systems, big floor-standing open flue gas or oil boilers. People were happy to have heat in their homes.

Before (CORGI) Council for Registered Gas Installers became mandatory in 1991 it had operated a voluntary scheme which Belmont Heating were proud to be a part of. CORGI has now changed to Gas Safe, and we are both Domestic and Commercial Gas Safe registered.

As the decades have gone by, homeowner demands have changed, and with that, Belmont Heating has evolved too. Fuel efficiency, pipe-work and boiler appearance, as well as the expectation that boilers are quiet and need to be hidden are all examples of this.

Technology has also progressed with weather compensation controls, condensing boilers, rain water harvesting, high pressure showers, whirlpool baths, wall hung WCs, and waterless urinals.

Belmont Heating is constantly evolving with the times and over past 49 years has grown to offer a wide range of services for the domestic and commercial market with all types of heating including, solar, air source, biomass, stoves and even Aga cookers. In 2018 we installed our first CHP boiler.
